Jacto equipment will be in focus at YugAgro
Jacto, a Brazilian multinational agricultural machinery, solutions, and service company, will be represented by the Agro Master and Agrimatco dealers at YugAgro, the largest Russian agribusiness fair, held from November 21 to 24 in Krasnodar. Sprayers focused on savings, and sustainability will be exhibited during the event, including the Uniport 4530 self-propelled sprayer and Advance 3000 24M tractor sprayer.
“On the stands of our Agro Master and Agrimatco dealers, YugAgro visitors will be able to know our sprayers and solutions in precision agriculture”, says Vadim Khoroshilov, Jacto Sales Coordinator.
Featuring 36-meter booms, Uniport 4530 has the lowest weight per boom length on the market. Compared to equipment with a 3,000-liter tank, it provides an increase in operational efficiency of up to 12% and up to 14% of crop damage.
The boom working height allows high use availability in all phases of crop development. With a maximum height of 2.75 meters, Uniport 4530 provides excellent application quality in end-of-cycle crop treatments such as corn.
Visitors will also be able to check out Uniport 3030 in the stands. It features a 3,000-liter tank and 36-meter booms. The nozzle-by-nozzle controllers reduce agrochemicals by up to 10%. Jacto designed a spray control system with nozzle-by-nozzle opening and closing that delivers more application precision, product savings, and, consequently, less environmental impact.
The Uniport 3030 can operate up to 35 km/h in spray operations and up to 55 km/h while traveling. It has the Unitrack steering system, which allows a 35% smaller turning radius and reduces crop damage during maneuvering by up to 40%.
The models feature the technological package Otmis, Jacto's line of precision agriculture. The package includes features such as a lightbar (GPS), hydraulic autopilot, and nozzle-by-nozzle technology that minimizes application gaps and overlaps.
Conversely, the lightbar shows the operator the ideal direction to follow in crops, records application maps, and measures areas. It is also connected to the nozzle-by-nozzle automatic controller and the hydraulic autopilot.
Small farmers, higher productivity
The Advance 3000 24 M will also be displayed at the YugAgro to assist small and medium farmers seeking higher productivity. 24-meter booms deliver increased operational efficiency, are up to 12% faster in treating field plots, and reduce crop damage losses by up to 13% compared to 21-meter booms.
Advance 3000 24 M has the Multicontrol application system that manages all spray operations and ensures the volume is applied correctly, regardless of speed variations.
“With over 75 years of history, Jacto has permanently invested in innovation. Today, we have some of the most efficient sprayers in the market in terms of input savings and fuel consumption. The result is higher productivity for farmers and reduced crop costs", explains the Jacto Sales Coordinator”, explains Jacto Sales Coordinator.
