High power and low weight
Cummins QSB 6.7 with 300 cv diesel engine allows good power/weight ratio, offering faster acceleration and restarts. The optimization of traction effort, the reduced weight of the fertilizer spreader and the automatic control of the motor rotation promote lower fuel consumption with increased productivity.
High operational throughput
Uniport 8030 NPK has a reservoir of 8,000 kg of capacity and na application range of up to 50 m for fertilizers, in addition to allowing applications of correctives and seeds.
Dosing quality and accuracy
Control of the rotation of the dosing belt and the height of the floodgates, with automatic opening and closing, besides the care to preserve the granulometry of the fertilizers.
Distribution quality and accuracy
Control of the drop point of fertilizers on the discs and the exclusive shape of the blades, with 2 layers to provide the correct overlap for an excellent distribution.

Dual application control at variable rate
Automatic control in spreading fertilizers at variable rate through the movement of the dosing shutters, by side of the application range, following the prescription map. This technology allows better precision and efficiency in using supplies for better recomended dosis x Applied dosis relationship.
Unitrack directional
Allows faster maneuvers with less 35% in turning radius, providing greater operational throughput and reduced kneading in maneuvers up to 40%.
Aplication control
12 section automatic control
The application range is divided into 12 sections that open and close automatically, minimizing overlap in border entrances and exits. Depending on the shape of the area, savings can reach up to 15% of fertilizers.
The automatic section control considers the real application profile of fertilizers used in the spreader.
Border Control
It’s a system located on the right side of the fertilizer spreader, that allows to reduce the application errors in border operations, minimizing the fertilizer application in unwanted areas such as carriers, environmental protection áreas and waterways. The system has two adjustment levels, normal and intensive, that concentrate even more the distribution profile to the border.
Jacto SmartSet
The SmartSet is a tool built to help setting the application width and managing fertilizers used in the farm, being possible to create a data basis with physical characteristics of the fertilizers used during the crop, to use as reference in the next fertilization crop cicle.
