Electronic spray control: Piston pump with electronic flow control allowing to operate with quality and precision even with machine speed variation;


Automatic calibration: exclusive solution that allows greater quality and speed in the calibration of the equipment; 3x faster when compared to conventional calibration processes;


Recirculating circuit: Better response time; better cleaning of the circuit and cleaner filters reducing the time and maintenance and increasing the useful life of the components; the solution is circulating 100% of the time in the nozzle branch, allowing a continuous flow with the tank;


Section control: Nozzle by nozzle control technology; reduction of up to 10% in the use of agrochemicals;


Automatic cleaning: The system recirculates the water, several times with different pressures, throughout the circuit (tank, valves, filters, branches, nozzles, etc.) causing the residual chemical products decanted or impregnated in the system to be removed and expelled through the spray boom; greater security in the exchange of products.




ElectroVortex Technology

The EletroVortex technology composed of electrostatic charging plus air assistance, allows the spray drops to reach the target more efficiently. This allows the Uniport 3030 EletroVortex to be less susceptible to downtime due to climatic variations, mainly related to wind and thermal inversion. It is more hours of work in the same day, increasing the operational efficiency of the sprayer.


EletroVortex technology


allows the sprayer to work with a lower application rate, allowing fewer stops to supply the main reservoir during the working day. Fewer supply stops represent a gain in operating income of up to 35%. Another great advantage of the technology is to allow an increase in deposit of up to 2x more in the middle third of the plant and a reduction in air drift by up to 35%.

Hydrostatic transmission system 4x4 with intelligent control of traction, integrated to the diesel engine of 300 hp and distribution of ideal weight between the axles, allows to spray in the most different types of terrain; the system automatically identifies the need for traction control in the vehicle without the need for the operator to act; more comfort and precision in the spraying operation; exclusive braking system with hydraulic ABS control integrated into the transmission system; more safety in the operation of the equipment with comfort and precision in the spraying operation, reducing fuel consumption.

Operational efficiency; higher productivity at lower cost

Can operate at speeds of up to 35 km/h in the spraying operation and up to

55 km/h in transport;

equipped as standard with the exclusive Unitrack steering system allowing to work with a 35% smaller turning radius; reduces maneuvering crop dents by up to 40%; 2.5 times faster than the conventional system; increase in treated area by up to 10%; a set of solutions that allow daily operating income to reach up to 1,000 hectares per day, the boom stability system with trapezoidal hydraulic suspension adapts to different types of terrain; a sensor system in conjunction with the hydraulic damping system allows the operator to choose the correct damping level for the boom system, adapting the boom stability to the terrain profile; it has the exclusive feature of the operations copier that allows to optimize and standardize the spraying operations in a simple and agile way.
