Features and Benefits
The primary function of Jacto’s EcoValves (pressure and flow regulating valves) is maintaining constant pressure and flow during spraying, and thus providing uniformity in the application range as well as consistency in droplet size, and the volume of product dispensed in the entire spray coverage area. EcoValves also prevent drips during operation and facility instant shut-off.
Up to 20% reduction in product waste and up to 30% reduction in pumping is also possible by using a Jacto EcoValve while spraying.
In general, EcoValves with a maximum pressure of 30psi are used for herbicide spraying. The 45psi Ecolvalve is recommended for fungicide and insecticide applications, which require higher working pressure, smaller droplet size, and greater coverage of the target.
Ecovalves are recommended exclusively for manual Backpack Sprayers and not for battery-powered models.

ECOVALVE GREEN: maintains a constant 14.5 psi/1 bar spray pressure and flow rate.
ECOVALVE YELLOW: maintains a constant 21.7 psi/1.5 bar spray pressure and flow rate.
ECOVALVE BLUE: maintains a constant 29 psi/2 bar spray pressure and flow rate.
ECOVALVE RED: maintains a constant 43.5 psi/3 bar spray pressure and flow rate.
