The #AgriThatInspires series announces sustainable actions and projects in the agribusiness
Social and environmental actions and inspiring sustainable projects that have been transforming the reality in the field are themes of the special series #AgriThatInspires, an initiative of Jacto which has partners, customers and suppliers in the agribusiness chain as protagonists.
The first episode is already available and it shows the practices of Bom Futuro Group, which are self-sustainable and impact the entire community around Santo Antônio Farm in Campo Verde, MT, and also the other farms of the Group.
“Bom Futuro combines knowledge, technologies, respect to nature, and a lot of work to promote education and sustainable productivity in the Brazilian agribusiness. Getting in contact with this environment, telling this story is really motivating and we want to inspire behavior changes, review consumption habits, and processes from these action models that are reference for agriculture”, comments Wanderson Tosta, Jacto Marketing Director.
Through creative and motivating projects such as "Separô" and "Sementes do Futuro", Bom Futuro takes care of the soil, of the solid waste produced in agriculture and in the community surrounding Santo Antônio Farm, thus promoting development and countless opportunities to hundreds of people. Through Separô, all kinds of waste (plastic, paper, glass, etc.) are sold to generate income and finance projects run by Bom Futuro.
“To look at sustainability is to look at all other aspects of the business. And the agribusiness as a whole has awoken this. An important cultural change is happening”, says Leonardo Rossato, Administrative Director and Shared Services of Bom Futuro Group.
#AgriThatInspires – The videos will be available on Jacto YouTube and shared on the other social media of the company. The first episode is available here.
